The Migrant Action Centre stands in solidarity with members of MUNFA. As a social justice and migrant rights movement, we understand the importance of fair wages, safe working conditions, and dignified treatment for all workers, regardless of their background or profession.

We acknowledge the tremendous contributions that the faculty members at Memorial University make to the education and development of future generations. Their work is essential for creating a better future for all, and their strikes are a testament to their commitment to their students and the wider community.

We support the striking faculty in their fight for a #FairDealAtMUN, and we will stand with them until their demands are met. The Migrant Action Centre is committed to fighting for the rights of all migrants, including those in the academic community, and we will continue to work towards a just and equitable society for all.
